Qualifications Qualified candidates will have a minimum of a Bachelors degree in Pharmacy ,and a MBA with 8-10 years of relevant experience. Two years of specialty sales experience is strongly preferred. Prior knowledge of the Oncology/Urology/Nephrology field(s) is a plus. A working knowledge of hospital/institutional setting, managing through complex reimbursement issues, candidates with prior Management Development courses, experience in project oriented selling situations in a high incentive and individual performance culture, along with a documented successful sales performance (high growth, results vs. plan) are preferred. Work closely with extended team members and sales teams to enable superb tactical implementation of brand promotional & disease awareness strategies. Major Accountabilities (may include but not limited to): Maximizing franchise sales in a highly fragmented and complex Rare Disease market place. Working as part of the brand team in developing customer initiatives (e.g., promotional tools, conventions involvement, disease awareness education and internal communications). Leading creation of annual brand tactical plan based on strategic imperatives. Monitor & control brand budgets and expenses and assess the marketing mix to evaluate cost effectiveness and results. Identify trends, opportunities and threats and propose corresponding measures. Coordinate the communication of product-related information across the organization. Develop KOL(Key Opinion Leader) relationships and programs to support key market activities. Work seamlessly with internal commercial support functions including business analytics/market research, sales training, e-business, health economics and medical communications.
