National Head sales Client A client of Linebacker consulting into record/information management (RIM) solutions Position/ Title National Head Sales Profile Specifics Location of Position Mumbai Qualifications Graduate and above Prior Experience in terms of number of years and nature of work. Institutional Sales experience of 10-12 years with at least 5 years of experience in managing sales team pan India coupled with P&L experience The ideal candidate would have a good working knowledge of key Markets and verticals including BFSI and Media apart from government Role & Responsibilities Our client is in the business of integrated records management. Clients, particularly in the BFSI and telecom industries, outsource the storage of records and outsource process documentation and digitization to companies . Equipped with 17+ offices PAN India and a workforce of over 800 people our client’s deliver information management solutions with the best possible practises in the industry As the Pan India lead ,We expect people with leadership qualities who can lead from the front . We need live wire professionals who can roll up their sleeves whenever required as well lead a team of business development personnel to exceed corporate expectations Prior experience in managing large teams with P&L experience is mandatory . Preferred Behavioral Traits A keen Business Leader with an eye on operations/delivery Empower people to exceed targets Relevant experience in information management /Finance outsourcing /BPO/ IT solution sales Reporting To CEO Other Career path for the individual As the company grows, the responsibilities will automatically increase.
